Complaints and Appeals

If a public sector body refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or provide an alternative method of access to information, the requesting person may submit a complaint regarding the lack of digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or their elements. After exhausting the above procedure, it is possible to submit a request to the Ombudsman.
